Medical Assistant Program Admission Requirements
To enroll in the Medical Assistant program at Arizona School of Medical Assistant, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Age: 17 or older (students under 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (proof required).
- Immunizations: Documentation of required vaccinations or immunity titers signed by a licensed healthcare provider; declination form accepted. Note: Employers may require vaccination as a condition of employment.
Identification: Valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Communication Skills: Applicants must complete forms and participate in an admissions interview without interpreter assistance.
Social Security Number: Required for enrollment.
